Level sponsors have first choice in selecting booth location, followed by exhibitors on a “first-paid, first-served” basis. No exhibitor may sub-let or share with another exhibitor.

2 Each delegate will receive an initial confirmation email at the time of regisration. All confirmed delegates will receive a final confirmation email a few days before the Symposium. Your custom banner will be displayed in the body of the email.

| The Symposium wants to help increase capacity in lower-income countries by supporting attendance of their promising scientists and doctors who otherwise could not afford to travel. By contributing to the Travel Grants, you will help these delegates attend the Symposium and return with knowledge and contacts that will make a difference in their home countries.

| The Symposium will provide up to 5 awards to abstract submitters in the early stages of their career and whose abstracts have been submitted for presentation at the Neurotrauma 2018 Symposium. Each award consists of a Symposium invitation and a fixed amount to help offset travel and accommodation expenses. Award winners will be selected by the scientific committee based on the scientific content of their abstract, and recognized during the Closing Plenary Session.
