The exhibition is a vital part of the Neurotrauma 2018 Meeting. Every effort will be made to ensure that all exhibitors receive prime exposure and direct marketing opportunities with key players and decision makers in the field. Efforts include but are not limited to:

  • Poster Viewing in the Exhibit Hall on all Symposium days

Level sponsors have first choice in selecting booth location, followed by exhibitors on a “first-paid, first-served” basis. No exhibitor may sub-let or share with another exhibitor.

  • Make a general contribution to the Symposium, or
  • Choose a combination of these two options: if the total of your "a-la-carte" items doesn't reach the minimum amount for the sponsorship level of your choice, simply add a general contribution amount.

Lunch Session (3 Available) USD 20,000
Sponsors fully control the agenda of these sessions. The session will be advertised on the website, mobile app and Symposium e-blast. No other educational programs will take place during these scheduled session times.

Included in the symposium:

  • Sponsorship of a 60-minute lunch session
  • Speakers will be invited by the sponsor (fees, travel cost, accommodations and registration fees are the sponsors' responsibility)
  • The room will be equipped with a standard room set up and standard AV. Any changes or additions to this are at the cost of the sponsor, no audio visual technicians included.  All food and beverage ordered will be at the sponsors' own expense.
Breakfast Session (3 Available) USD 15,000
Sponsors fully control the agenda of these sessions. The session will be advertised on the website, mobile app and Symposium e-blast. No other educational programs will take place during these scheduled session times.

Included in the symposium:

  • Sponsorship of a 50-minute breakfast session
  • Speakers will be invited by the sponsor (fees, travel cost, accommodations and registration fees are the sponsors responsibility)
  • The room will be equipped with a standard room set up and standard AV. Any changes or additions to this are at the cost of the sponsor, no audio visual technicians included.  All food and beverage ordered will be at the sponsors' own expense.

The Symposium Secretariat will assist in promoting your session by:

  •  Sending out a Symposium eblast to promote all Industry Sessions
  • Advertising all Industry Sessions on the Symposium website
  • Sponsor entitled to one (1) advertising pop up banner on the day of the session outside the assigned meeting room

1 The Symposium Secretariat will send emails to more than 2,000 interested parties on a regular basis prior to the event, with latest updates about the Symposium.  Your custom banner will be displayed in the body of the e-blast.           
2 Each delegate will receive an initial confirmation email at the time of regisration.  All confirmed delegates will receive a final confirmation email a few days before the Symposium.  Your custom banner will be displayed in the body of the email.

Travel Grants USD 25,000
 The Symposium wants to help increase capacity in lower-income countries by supporting attendance of their promising scientists and doctors who otherwise could not afford to travel.  By contributing to the Travel Grants, you will help these delegates attend the Symposium and return with knowledge and contacts that will make a difference in their home countries.

As a Contributor to the Travel Grant, you will:

  • Be verbally acknowledged at the Opening Ceremony
  • Be acknowledged as a contributor with your logo in the onsite pocket program and signage
Young Investigator Awards (Exclusive) USD 25,000
 The Symposium will provide up to 5 awards to abstract submitters in the early stages of their career and whose abstracts have been submitted for presentation at the Neurotrauma 2018 Symposium.  Each award consists of a Symposium invitation and a fixed amount to help offset travel and accommodation expenses.  Award winners will be selected by the scientific committee based on the scientific content of their abstract, and recognized during the Closing Plenary Session.

  • Having a representative of your company meet the winners and issue the awards at the presentation ceremony

Symposium Dinner (Exclusive) USD 17,500
 The Symposium Dinner will take place on the evening of Wednesday, August 15.  All delegates are invited to attend this event at a nominal charge and are welcome to purchase additional tickets for guests.

Poster Mixer Sessions USD 7,500 per
Presenters will attend the Refreshment Breaks and Poster Viewing on their assigned presentation day to answer questions and discuss their research with delegates. Food and beverage will be offered during Poster Mixer with Poster Discussions on the evenings of Monday, August 13 and Wednesday, August 15, to generate a festive atmosphere conducive to beneficial exchanges.

As the sponsor of one of the Poster Mixers, you will:

  • Have your logo displayed on all Poster number cards for the evening of your selected Poster Mixer event, and on table top cards on all food and beverage stations
  • Be acknowledged as the Sponsor of the selected Poster Mixer with your logo in the onsite pocket program, website, mobile app and on the exhibit floor plan
Re-Charge Station USD 5,000 per
The onsite Re-Charge station will allow attendees to power up their mobile devices for free for the entire duration of the Symposium.

Hotel Accommodation: Book Official!

The Symposium Secretariat (International Conference Services, Ltd.) is the official housing bureau for the Neurotrauma 2018 Meeting and will coordinate housing for the Symposium. Discounted room rates have been negotiated for delegates and groups. All sponsors and exhibitors are asked to support the Symposium by booking accommodations via the official Housing Bureau. Priority selection of hotel rooms will be offered to sponsors.

The Symposium Secretariat retains the right to downgrade sponsorship levels if sponsors do not book through the official Housing Bureau. Full rates are available on the website.
