The Conference Secretariat (International Conference Services Ltd.) is the official housing bureau for the NeuroTrauma 2018 Symposium and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Symposium. Although the associations and the housing bureau will do their due diligence and negotiate the lowest possible group rates, we cannot predict future offers made by competing hotels. However, we urge all sponsors, exhibitors, and delegates to support the Symposium and book through the official housing bureau. The success of the Symposium and the supporting associations depends on you using the contracted hotels.

Beware of Housing Piracy companies. They are contacting delegates/sponsors/exhibitors to book rooms through their channels and are claiming that they control the rooms for the symposium. They do not.
These companies charge non-refundable deposits from the moment you book their rooms; thus making it impossible for delegates to cancel their reservations and rebook through the official housing bureau. In some situations, rooms are not booked but payment has been taken.

The NeuroTrauma 2018 room block at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel is full and the discounted rate is no longer available.
Rooms can be booked at the prevailing rate through the hotel’s direct link.
The Westin Harbour Castle is offering Traditional Rooms with 1 king bed or 2 double beds that can accommodate 1 to 4 people depending on the bed type configuration. If you would like to share the cost of a room with another delegate, please go to the NeuroTrauma Facebook page to post your requirements.
Please note that it is your responsibility to coordinate all requirements for your accommodation including obtaining payment from the person(s) who will share the room. One person will be required to book the room and provide a credit card using the “booking link” found on the last page of the registration site. This credit card will be charged by the hotel 5 weeks prior to your arrival. Cancellations, reduction in room nights must be made no later than 5 weeks prior to arrival, 6pm EST. After this date, all cancellations, reductions in room nights and no shows will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the full stay.
