Information for Poster Presenters

Poster Presenters

NeuroTrauma 2018 will be splitting the poster presentations into two groups. Group A will contain all odd numbered abstracts and Group B will contain all even numbered abstracts. Group A will have their posters up in the hall on Monday/Tuesday and Group B will have their posters up on Wednesday/Thursday.

NeuroTrauma 2018 poster presentations/boards will be  located in the Metropolitan Ballroom at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto. A sign identifies each poster board with the assigned poster number and the presenter’s name. All posters will be displayed on traditional poster boards.  Each double-sided board will display a total of 4 posters. All posters must be created in PowerPoint, with a maximum width of 48” and a maximum height of 48″

Presenters are required to stand by their poster during their allocated Poster Mixer Session(s) to answer questions from symposium delegates. Please note that Poster Presenters will not be asked to prepare a PowerPoint Presentation.

Onsite Poster Printing Service
Posters can be printed on-site in Toronto. More details to follow.

Poster Hours

Poster Setup Hours:

Group A – Monday, August 13, 2018: 07:00-10:00
Group B – Wednesday, August 15, 2018: 07:00-10:00

Poster Take Down Hours:
Group A – Tuesday, August 14, 2018: 13:00-15:00
Group B – Thursday, August 16, 2018: 13:00-15:00
Any posters not removed by the end of takedown hours will be discarded by management.

Poster Presentation Hours:
Group A

  • Display Hours: Monday, August 13, 2018 – 10:00-19:00
  • Poster Mixer Session: Monday, August 13, 2018 – 18:00-19:00
  • Display Hours: Tuesday, August 14, 2018 – 8:00-13:00

Group B

  • Display Hours: Wednesday, August 15, 2018 – 10:00-19:00
  • Poster Mixer Session: Wednesday, August 15, 2018 – 18:00-19:00
  • Display Hours: Thursday, August 16, 2018 – 8:00-13:00
