Poster Presenters

NeuroTrauma 2018 will be splitting the poster presentations into two groups. Group A will contain all odd numbered abstracts and Group B will contain all even numbered abstracts. Group A will have their posters up in the hall on Monday/Tuesday and Group B will have their posters up on Wednesday/Thursday.

NeuroTrauma 2018 poster presentations/boards will be located in the Metropolitan Ballroom at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto. A sign identifies each poster board with the assigned poster number and the presenter’s name. All posters will be displayed on traditional poster boards. Each double-sided board will display a total of 4 posters. All posters must be created in PowerPoint, with a maximum width of 48” and a maximum height of 48″

Presenters are required to stand by their poster during their allocated Poster Mixer Session(s) to answer questions from symposium delegates. Please note that Poster Presenters will not be asked to prepare a PowerPoint Presentation.

Any posters not removed by the end of takedown hours will be discarded by management.

Price: $85.00 plus tax per poster
Submission deadline: August 8, 2018

Submission instructions:

1. Click on the following link www.tph.ca
2. In the top right corner click the Register button and fill out the registration form. When filling out the registration form please select Vancouver – 1177 W Hastings St branch.
3. On the second page (Place Order) please fill in using the following information.

Date Required: August 11, 2018 (08/11/2018)
Time Required: 7:00 AM

Do NOT fill in any of the optional details except typing your credit card details in the ‘Special Instructions for Delivery or Pickup’ section. Without these credit card details your order will not be delivered to the Symposium.
